Vegetables for Preventing from Cancer

    No one knows your health more than you!!!

People are now facing a lot of problems in terms of healthcare. Some of them have diabetes, hypertension, and others have tuberculosis. One of the dangerous and incurable categories of diseases is cancer. Because of the food, chemical substance, and bad pollution, people are dramatically stricken with cancer. New effective and efficient drugs have been produced in order to treat this disease. Relatively, some types of vegetables are also introduced (Medical research) to be eaten in order to prevent from cancer, and these vegetables include:
A. Broccoli: According to medical research, broccoli is one kind of vegetables that can be used to prevent from having cancer. Eating broccoli will help you to be healthy, and avoid getting cancer disease.
B. Garlic: Most people think that it is useless to eat garlic, or garlic is just to make food tastefully and nicely. In fact, garlic is healthy vegetable that can be eaten to prevent from having cancer. Try to eat garlic quite often, it will help you to breath easily and free from cancer.
C. Bean: Most people eat bean almost every day, but the do not know much about the benefits of the bean. Bean is a good vegetable that can be eaten to prevent from having cancer. Bean can be eaten in the form of sweet, cake or bean juice. Try this a bit every day, it saves your money and life, and it is away from cancer disease.
D. Berry: Berry is cheap, and it can be almost found in every market. Eating berry will make your longer and healthier. It will you to prevent from some serious and hazardous diseases especially cancer. Keep berry in your refrigerator and taste it, you will have a lustrous life with your mind and body.  
E. Tomato: One important thing that we, people have to keep in mind is that we eat something for health not for satisfying. Some food causes your health problematic whereas the others will make you healthy.  For example, tomato is one kind of vegetables that can be eaten to prevent from cancer. It will be good when you try to eat this quite often, and in case you love your health than your present satisfaction.
F. Walnut: This fruit is also good for health. One said “If you love yourself, you have to choose food, vegetable or fruit that are eaten to support your health. In this situation, walnut is considered to be good for your health, and in particular, it can save your life to be away from your hated enemy, Cancer.
In short, eat these six types of vegetables; they will help you to save money, to enjoy your beautiful life, and to be away from cancer.
