Fresh and Sea Food in Cambodia

Food is different from one place to another, and it is the same in Cambodia. There are two different types of food in Cambodia, and these are:
(1) Cambodian fresh food is really fantastic and tasteful, and it can be found almost in every province in Cambodia. This fresh food is included baked, boiled, grilled, or fried which have immediately been done when they are needed. For example, fresh fish such as baked giant-snaked head fish, grilled climbing perch fish, fried fresh eel, boiled cat fish, or stir walking cat fish are so popular. Moreover, you also can enjoy some kinds of other fresh food such as salty fish, smoke fish, shrimp paste, or salty fish paste. Their taste is really nice and unimaginable.    
(2) Cambodian seafood is also out of this world in both taste and freshness. This seafood can be found in some provinces especially Kompot, and Kompongsom. They are not so expensive, but tasteful. You can enjoy this seafood, for example, sea crab, lobster, octopus, squid, oyster, shell, and some others. They are fresh and immediately cooked for you when you will care for it.
