How to Be a Good Employer

Being a good employer for any company or organization is not an easy job, and it takes a long time. Relatively, if they have an opportunity to hold this position and want to become a dedicated employer, the following ideas will be helpful.
Leadership will help him or her to be a good employer. Leadership plays very important role in helping us to pave the way for the others to reach their purposes or goals.  According to Warren Bennis (1985)  wrote that a good leader is mainly related to innovation, originality, development, peolple, inspiring, long-range perspective, asking what & why, having eyes on horizon, challenging, being on his or her own person, and doing the right thing.
Being patient is also one way to become a good employer. Patience means ability to accept the delay, annoyance, or sufferring without complaining.  A good employer is required to be tolerant, and to learn from his or her own mistake, and to take a longer time. As one said “Where there is a will where ther is a way”, and this absolutely pushes them to reach their purposes. Similarly, before the plants become the trees, they are affected by many factors such as the sun, flood, devastation, but they, at the end, still grow very well. And this is same for the one who wants to be a good employer.
It concerns with courage. Every human has almost the same enemy, and that is being afraid. This will disheart him or her in achieving the desired goals. Being a man, we have to fight against this by using our own courage. In respect, to be a good employer means to be courageous.
Positive attitude also plays a crucial role in assisting us to be a good employer. To be a good employer, he or she has both positive thinking and attitude toward every body, and these include friendliness, playfulness, warmth & affection, or praticallity.
It is requied to be tolerant. Tolerance means willingness or ability to tolerate somebody or something such as religion or race. A good employer has to be tolerant and put much effort in doing it even though that kind of job is very hard or taking too long time.
Another is empathy. A good employer has to be empathetic. It means that they have to regard people as humanbeing all the time. Elton Meyo, father of human relation, in his book mainly focues on “man without organization”. Human is really important, and it is required for all employers to take much consideration about this if he or she wants to be dedicated by them. 
The other is fun. Fun also plays an active role in helping him or her to be a good employer. To be fun means to be friendly or communicable. Positive fun does not only help us in having a lot of friends but also conducting a good environment in both working and making social relation.
