Globalization and modern technology have changed the world in every minute. These movements and changes do affect either public and private organizations or companies. Some of the employees quit their job, move from one job to another, the rate of turnover in the organizations has increased, the interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts pop up, or the complaints have been sued, and these are the consequences of globalization and modern technology, in particular, the organizations or the companies themselves. In shooting out these problems, some theories, concepts and approaches have widely been established. One of these is that 8Hs concepts (Thai Social Guarantee Magazine, vol, 6, 2009, p. 4) are strongly considered and employed by the organizations or companies in order the keep what is called a happy workplace, and these include:
The big enemy in the 21st century is not illiteracy, but it "We do not know how to learn".
A. Happy work place has to come up with happy body. Happy body means every body is treated fairly, and they are motivated, and provided with training and development.
B. Happy workplace is full of happy heart. Happy heart means every body enjoys working. They really like their work; they put much effort on working and work toward achievement.
C. Happy workplace has to go along with happy society. Happy society means every one who comes and works in that organization or company satisfies the environment of work. It means that the workplace is full of close, warm and friendly communication.
D. Happy workplace answers with happy relax. Happy relax means every worker has got just work life balance. In relation to this, it can be said that the workers are assigned with fair task, and time.
E. Happy workplace meets with happy brain. Happy brain means the workers are free from stress that is caused by their own workplace. They have got a security job, and they get no pressure from what they are doing.
F. Happy workplace is relevant to happy soul. Happy soul means the workers are given the opportunities to build up their own career path. They are not managed by mind, but by soul toward improving, updating and upgrading.
G. Happy workplace concerns with happy money: Every worker expects to get enough money to support his or her family. They hope that they will get fair payment for both salary and other benefits that are met with their own qualification, experience, and responsibility.
H. Happy workplace deals with happy family: Happy family means the worker hopes that they will be much considered and supported by the company or organization when they are pregnant, sick or if their accommodations are far away from the company.
